Just wish it would send maps of what needs improvement
I used to love this app but I've not had any feedback since my new box was fitted in November and I know I've driven a couple hundred miles.. I just want to be able to view the graphics that are 'advertised' so I know how I'm doing

Worst policy money making racket tried charging so much for renewal. For not go with this company.
Simply fed up of this company. First they made a complete hash of setting up my black box due to nothing but incompetence. Now, I've not had any driver feedback for almost 3 months and after contacting customer service twice nothing has been done. The app is also rubbish, doesn't detail in any way WHERE any incidents occurred. I'd recommend everyone reading this not to use this company, they aren't cheap either. Can't wait to leave when renewal comes around.
Worst company ever!! Even if you score the highest driving score they will still quote you extremley.
Such a bad company I'm constantly getting called to say I've been bad driving, but yet they forget other drivers on the road who are racing sometimes you have to break the limit to be safe, but I get told off and then told my insurance will be cancelled. Never going back
The app is disappointing. What is more disappointing is the company's choice to become reliant on the app for customer interaction.
Such a bad app, doesn't even tell you your police details or anything like that.
